Our Course & Conference Programme for 2008- 2009 offers a range of stimulating centralised events for the full spectrum of subjects and audience groups in the school community.
A worthwhile school CPD programme is made up of a range of learning experiences that are guided by clearly defined learning outcomes. A well-balanced CPD programme will include learning from wider experiences that are only available through high quality centralised events alongside in-house learning solutions provided through mentoring, one to one coaching, small group seminars or training for larger groups.
In-house solutions for CPD means greater flexibility to meet specific needs of the school and greater value for money when looking at the staff development for groups’ staff.
Individual schools and school confederations are encouraged to use our centralised programme as a menu for planning both central and in-house solutions for staff development. We would be pleased to work with you to create a programme that best meets the needs of your staff at a time and place to suite your requirements.
